Darryl Lim is the founder and CEO of Split Arenas Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered managed BPO backed by REAPRA, a Singapore-based venture firm with a long-term approach to building meaningful businesses across Southeast Asia.

Split Arenas grew from Darryl's firsthand experience building and managing remote teams — coordinating Filipino contractors across multiple client engagements, developing operational workflows, and learning through direct practice what makes a remote working relationship succeed. What began as a small operation now has 17+ active client deployments, built for scale, and backed by REAPRA's long-term investment philosophy.
His background in education and performance isn't incidental — it shapes how Split Arenas trains, monitors, and develops its contractor network. Clear communication, disciplined practice, and accountability are not just values. They are operational standards.
